
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Unless a Recorded Delivery Service is selected
at Checkout, all orders received before 1pm will be despatched same day via First Class post. We obtain Certificate of Posting,
stamped and dated receipts for all order despatches. UK Customers, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. European customers,
please allow 7-14 working days for delivery.
Q: What If I have purchased more than one
item and do I need to sign for my delivery?
A: All multiple items with a total order value
under £18 will be despatched in the same package. All multiple item orders with a total order value over £18 will be despatched
in separate packages. You do not need to be present for your delivery unless you have selected a Recorded Delivery Service
at Checkout in which case a signature will be required.
Q: How much is the Delivery and Handling
Charge?
A: The majority of our product range has
standard First Class delivery absolutely FREE of charge. Recorded and Special Delivery charges are currently £0.97
and £9.97 respectively for that extra peace of mind. Please note however, that optional postal insurance will need to
be selected at Checkout no matter which posting method you select in order to cover against loss or damage whilst your order
is in transit.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to all areas of Europe. Furthermore,
delivery to anywhere in Europe is only an additional £0.97 and only £0.97 for every product ordered thereafter! Please expect
European deliveries to arrive within 7-14 working days. We do not currently ship to the Rest of the World.

A: Your Flash Drive comes JetFlash Elite Software
enabled. JetFlash Elite software is an advanced software suite containing seven useful utility programs including safe and
secure 256-bit password protection encryption. Full installation instructions will be included with your order. Please note
a download from www.transcendusa.com is required.
Q: Are your Flash Drives USB 1.1 backwards
compatible?
A: Yes. Your Flash Drive is completely USB 1.0/1.1
backwards compatible. However, you are likely to see some reduction in performance when using your Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Flash
Drive with a USB 1.0/1.1 port.
Q: Do I need to install
drivers for Windows 98SE?
A: Yes. Your Flash Drive does not come supplied
with a Windows 98SE Driver CD. However, full instructions will be included with your order confirming where to download the
drivers from.
Q: What type of files
can I store on my Flash Drive?
A: Your Flash Drive is absolutely perfect for storing music, photo and
document files, saving you valuable hard disk space! In fact, you can save any file type you wish! You can then transfer these
files to and from any computer, quickly, easily and conveniently! Just think of these drives as mini portable hard drives!
Q: Is my Flash Drive Plug and Play?
A: Yes. Your Flash Drive simply inserts into
any available USB port. For all operating systems apart from Windows 98SE, your flash drive is Plug and Play. Only Windows
98SE users need to install a driver which can be downloaded if required.
Q: Is my Flash
Drive compatible with Windows Vista?
A: Yes, your Flash Drive is compatible with Windows 98, 98SE, ME,
2000, XP and Vista Operating Systems. Additionally, it is compatible with Linux OS 2.4 (and above) and MAC OS-X and OS 9.x
(and above).
Q: My purchase does not appear to be working?
A: In the first instance, please confirm whether the unit functions
normally on a secondary computer/device. This will help establish where the fault lies. IMPORTANT - Always contact us
first for an RMA Returns No. before returning your product. Failure to contact us may result in loss of your return and/or
severe delays in processing your return.
