BY PURCHASING YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING:
1). Payment should be made in full within seven days
of purchase. Your order will only be held in stock for seven days. Payment outside this seven day period may result in delays
in receiving your order.
2). All items are as described.
3). All returned items will be subject to a 25% re-stocking
charge if found to be fully functional. Additionally, all goods returned for a refund will incur a 25% surcharge if not returned
in their original condition and packaging. You must contact us before returning your order. Failure to do so will result in
severe delays and potential loss of your return.
4). emaxUSB (Jersey) Ltd accept no liability for the
non-arrival of your return(s). 5). emaxUSB (Jersey) Ltd accept no liability or responsibilty for any data loss or damage
caused as a result of using any of our own or branded products.
6). Please check compatibility before making a purchase.
7). Please note that postal insurance refunds are at
the discretion of the Post Office, not us. Should your order fail to arrive in the time frame expected, we will in accordance
with Royal Mail Lost Items Policy and at our discretion despatch out a second order.
8). All postage costs are non refundable.
9). All orders are fulfilled from Jersey, Channel Islands
and include all applicable taxes.
10). emaxUSB (Jersey) Ltd will only cover return postal
costs for orders arriving faulty or DOA (dead on arrival) within 14 days from date of purchase.
11). We do not accept payment by Euro Draft.
12). Mailed payment must be sent to emaxUSB
(Jersey) Ltd, First Floor, International House, 41 The Parade, St.Helier, Jersey, JE2 3QQ along with a valid reference/order
number.
13). Please bear in mind that payment via PayPal e-Cheques
typically take 12 days to clear. Your order will be despatched upon clearance of funds.
14). We do not despatch to PO Box addresses.
15). Unverified and Unconfirmed PayPal accounts may
encounter a five day holding period before goods are released. This is to prevent fraud.
16). Overseas customers please note: payment by PayPal
or International Money Order only.
17). emaxUSB (Jersey) Ltd accepts no responsibility
for any damage or any loss of data caused as a result of using any of our products.
18). Our main aim is total customer satisfaction and we
endeavour to deliver within two working days. However, please allow up to eight working days before contacting us since postal
delays are common and completely out of our control.
19). Due to our highly efficient and speedy automated
order processing systems, we can only deliver to the address details provided at checkout.
20). We respond to ALL emails. We usually respond to emails
within 1-4 hours, Mon-Fri, 9-5pm. However, occasionally due to email server downtime it may take up to 24-48 hours for us
to respond. If you appear not to have received any emails from us, please check your Spam/Junk/Bulk email folder. Certain
email management providers may filter out our emails from showing in your Inbox.
21). All customers are entitled to cancel any order placed within seven
working days. Please contact our customer services in order to arrange your cancellation and any refund if applicable.
